"I had a trailer brake failure on the Friday before July 4th week, called the Tracy store due to logistics, they took me right away. Got my rig back the next day, unfortunately the mechanic did not tighten the brake line causing the fluid to be purged out. I called back the next Monday, Anthony was going to come to the house to repair the mistake on the 4th but could not get out of the shop...I was able to bring the rig back to the Tracy shop where I was met by Anthony who told me they would work on the trailer like it had never been touched, the mechanic found several areas needing repair the previous mechanic missed, he made all necessary repairs and I had my rig back same day. I am a very satisfied customer. Anthony is a shining example of customer service. Thank you Mineko marine for making my trailer safe, doing so in a timely fashion and at a reasonable cost."

"I bought a $20,000 Klamath boat from this dealer. I knew exactly what I wanted and made the deal on the phone. Excluding some unforseen delays from Mercury for engine delivery it was a very pleasant experience. They are very knowledgeable, well informed and been in the business of selling boats along time. Ben is a great PR man and generally answers phone and knows the inventory and boaters needs thoroughly. Their boat price was the best on a Klamath boat as I made 10 phone calls for other quotes and they beat every ones price. If you need a boat look at their inventory as other boats brands are also in stock. Ben the owner has been in the business a long time and knows what he is doing in all facets of service and maintenance. Thanks to them I got the boat I needed for the price I wanted. "
